Shift - 6:00am – 2:00pm - 5 days per week (Monday – Friday)

We’re looking for a hands-on Production Supervisor to join Sharps Furniture Group, the UK’s market leader in fitted furniture.
What you’ll do
Lead and motivate a team of around 25 operatives
Keep production running efficiently, safely, and on target
Deliver KPIs while maintaining high quality standards
Troubleshoot issues on shift with a hands-on approach
Drive continuous improvement across the production line
What you’ll need
Experience in a supervisory or team leader role (manufacturing preferred)
Strong leadership and organisational skills
A proactive, problem-solving mindset
Confidence working in a fast-paced environment
Good IT and communication skills
